The monthly cycle starts at the day a subscription is enabled, either paid or free, and ends on the same day of the next month. For example, if an account is created on March 10, the monthly cycle is ending on April 10. Any activities on the account are referring to a specific monthly cycle.
A user is considered active when facilitating or participating in a Team O'clock related activity of your company. At the end of every monthly cycle, active users are reset.
Users engaging with Team O'clock via Slack or Microsoft Teams integrations, are also considered active users of the subscription.
