Team O'clock OÜ ("us", "we", or "our") operates the https://www.teamoclock.com website and Team O'clock platform (the "Service").
The term ‘Team O'clock’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the Service.
The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our Service.
To use the service, you must register for an account. Registration happens directly through the web portal or indirectly through a supported third-party integration, such as Slack or Microsoft Teams.
Account registration requires collecting basic information about you, such as: name, username, email address and user avatar.
You agree that the information provided is correct and that you will keep it up-to-date at all times.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, and you accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
If you believe that your account is no longer secure, you must notify us at email@example.com.
The Service may include automatically monthly recurring payments for periodic charges (the "Subscription").
If you activate a Subscription, you authorize Team O'clock to periodically charge, on a going forward basis and until cancellation of the recurring payments. Your account will be charged automatically on the Subscription billing date all applicable fees for the next Subscription period.
The Subscription will continue unless and until you cancel your Subscription or we terminate it. You must cancel your Subscription before it renews in order to avoid billing of the next periodic Subscription fee to your account. You may cancel the Subscription by accessing your Subscription settings or by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Team O'clock may suspend or terminate access to the Service for any account for which any amount is due but unpaid.
Besides monthly recurring Subscriptions, Team O'clock offers annual plans, that are prepaid for the next 12 months of Service. Annual plans are NOT automatically renewed. Upon an active annual plan due date, you will be notified to manually renew for the next year via email.
If you cancel your account within 30 calendar days of the date of sign up, and you request a refund, Team O'clock will refund all payments you have made to Team O'clock within the 30 calendar days prior to the cancellation and refund request.
Order processing is conducted by our reseller partner: Paddle.com.
Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Credit Cards and PayPal are the only payment methods accepted for monthly recurring Subscriptions.
Annual plans accept Credit Cards, PayPal and Wire Transfers as payment methods.
