When explaining the activity you need to focus on small things that need improvement, there is a dedicated board for 'Big ideas'that members might come up with as parking lot, team should focus on the small and fast, actionable issues.

For the specific activity, the facilitator could use these points to describe the process:

The Technical column is for notes that describe small technical things that the team can work on improving.
The Process column is for notes that describe small improvements of the processes the team is using internally or when communicating with other teams.
The Other column is for notes that describe other small improvements that the team could do which are not technical or processes..
The Big Ideas column is for a parking lot for ideas or things that are not small and the team should just record for a later time.
