Inspired by Marie Kondo's KonMari method, a retrospective activity to cultivate the goal of tidying in order to make room for meaningful things.
For the specific activity, the facilitator could use these points to describe the process:
- The Brings You Joy column is for notes that describe things and processes that the team is doing well and is enjoying performing them.
- The Throw away column is for notes that describe things and processes that the team should stop doing.
- The Recycle column is for notes that describe things and processes that the team should try improving on.
