Introduction

This is a 360 retrospective, covering a bigger period of the team. Using the Christmas Carol as it's base the team can reflect on previous and current behaviours and actions. Additionally, participants are asked to project the team's future.

  • The 🧙 Spirit of past column is for actions, behaviours, and habits that the team used to do in the past..
  • The 🧑‍🦱 Spirit of present column is for actions and behaviours that the team is currently doing..
  • The 🧚 Future spirit column is for actions and behaviours projections that the team could be doing in the future..

Tips & Tricks

Use this activity for a full review and projection over your teamwork

Make sure to define the period in question. Clear out whether 'past' means the last year, last 6 months, last 3 months. Do the same for the future. Give a defined frame to the team.

This activity might require a longer than an hour session. As many themes will popup make sure to limit the action items you'll get out of this retrospective.
